Our meat processing facility is one of the most modern facilities of its kind found anywhere in Pakistan. With a capacity to process up to 2,000 heads of cattle every day, carried out by skilled professionals, we make use of the very best equipment and technology throughout the slaughter process.
We believe in halal slaughtering practices and have put in place systems which make sure that these are maintained and controlled and that subsequent processes comply with the strictest health standards. The implementation of HACCP, ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 standards help us to reinforce our quality management processes up to the utmost satisfaction of our international customers. As a result of these quality controls, we are able to minimise the risk of bacterial contamination throughout our meat processing facility. We carry out ongoing health and quality inspections with absolutely no tolerance for sub-standard hygiene practices of any kind. Personal protective equipment is kept clean and overalls are changed for every shift/batch. All health inspections are carried out by the resident veterinary doctor before and after the slaughter process. This allows us to meet the demanding food safety expectations of our international client base.
